Managing your Neontra Subscription


You can subscribe to Neontra via the Web, the Apple App Store and Google Play.


To manage your subscription simply follow the below steps:


Change Payment Method


Web - Confirm your current plan and contact us at billing@neontra.com

Mobile - Navigate to Profile. Tap on the "Subscription" tab and tap the “Cancel” Button. Alternatively, you can manage your subscription via the Apple App Store or Google Play on your phone..


Refund


Web - Contact us at billing@neontra.com

Mobile - You can manage your subscription via the Apple App Store or Google Play on your phone.


Switch Plans


Web - Confirm your current plan and contact us at billing@neontra.com

Mobile - Confirm your current plan and contact us at billing@neontra.com


Cancel a Paid Subscription


Web - Confirm your current plan and contact us at billing@neontra.com

Mobile - Navigate to Profile. Tap on the "Subscription" tab and tap the “Cancel” Button. Alternatively, you can manage your subscription via the Apple App Store or Google Play on your phone.


If you wish to cancel and redact your account completely, contact us at helpdesk@neontra.com.

When a Subscription Expires


You will automatically transition to a Free Plan.

When you transition to a Free Plan only one of your sync-connected accounts will remain connected and will continue to update. All other accounts will be disconnected. The data in those accounts will be preserved and you will be able to maintain it manually.
