Managing Your Free Trial

After signing up for Neontra, you will automatically transition to a Free Plan which allows you to retain live access to one of your connected accounts. All other accounts will be disconnected, and only historical data will appear.

Web - Confirm your current plan and contact us at billing@neontra.ca

Mobile - Navigate to your Profile. Tap on the "Subscription" tab and select "Cancel." Alternatively, you can manage your subscription directly via the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Disclaimer

Please note: if you have only connected one account, then that account will remain synced as a free user. If you have connected multiple accounts and switch from a paid to a free plan, you cannot select which account to stay synced.
