Why do my employees need Neontra?

Your employees may be struggling with stress and anxiety related to personal finance, leading to lost focus and reduced productivity at work. Neontra helps your employees feel confident and in control of their personal finances.

How will my employees use Neontra? Is participation passive (set-and-forget) or active?

Employees can choose how they use Neontra: they can automatically sync their accounts (set-and-forget) or manually input financial data (active). Neontra provides your employees with consistent insight and feedback that helps improve financial literacy, leading to a deeper understanding of personal finance. Over time, and with regular use, Neontra becomes part of everyday financial life.

Will you provide us with employee participation data?

Yes, we provide employers with a dashboard displaying how your employees are engaging with Neontra. Employee financial data is not available in the dashboard.

What kind of support is provided to my employees?

Neontra provides employees with 24/7 email-based support.

Privacy of my employees’ data is essential. Is Neontra compliant with privacy regulations?

Yes, we are SOC2 certified for the Privacy and Confidentiality trust principles. No-one has access to your employees’ financial data, and should an employee no longer wish to use Neontra their Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is deleted.

How will Neontra be rolled-out to my employees?

Roll-out starts with an interactive “lunch and learn” session with employees. We demonstrate how Neontra works, discuss benefits of participation, and answer any questions employees may have. A follow-up session addresses questions, concerns or problems employees may be experiencing, with the goal of encouraging participation. We also offer, as an added benefit, Q&A sessions with industry experts who are available to meet with employees and discuss topics related to personal finance.

How is my company protected from issues that may happen to Neontra (for example: a security breach)?

Neontra is SOC2 certified for the Security, Privacy, Confidentiality and Availability trust principles. SOC2 certification ensures that Neontra is designed, implemented and operated in a manner consistent with best practices to safeguard employee financial data. In addition, Neontra never stores critical financial data (e.g. bank account numbers, passwords) which means that in the unlikely event of a breach, your employees’ financial data is never at risk.
