We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.

Should you withdraw your consent to the Privacy Policy, please email helpdesk@neontra.ca informing us of the fact. We will remove your Personal Data and disable your access to Neontra.

TXIO uses the collected data for various purposes:

  • To provide and maintain the Service
  • To notify you about changes to our Service
  • To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so
  • To provide customer care and support
  • To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Service
  • To monitor the usage of the Service
  • To detect, prevent and address technical issues

Access To Data

You may access, add to, amend, correct, or delete your personal data through normal use of our Service.

You may also request changes to your personal data by contacting helpdesk@neontra.ca. We will respond within five (5) business days after authenticating your identity and the legitimacy of the request, and will inform you if the request cannot be completed.

Should we restrict, or deny, access to your personal data, for any reason, you will be informed via email within five (5) business days, and will inform you of the reason for the restriction or denial.

Transfer Of Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your province, state, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. If you are located outside Canada and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Canada and process it there.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

TXIO will take all reasonably necessary steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

TXIO may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  • To protect and defend the rights or property of TXIO
  • To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
  • To protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public
  • To protect against legal liability

Disclosures of this nature may be undertaken without your knowledge or consent. If you wish to confirm the existence and content of your Personal Data, please send email to helpdesk@neontra.ca explicitly requesting details.

Retention Of Data

Your Personal Data will be retained by TXIO until explicitly removed by request, as per the section: Removal of Data.

Removal Of Data

TXIO will remove your Personal Data by email request. Email sent to helpdesk@neontra.ca with an explicit instruction to remove Personal Data associated with the user's email account will be carried out by TXIO.

Security Of Data

The security of your data is important to us. We take all reasonable precautions to secure the data against loss, theft, tampering, access, or copying by unauthorized persons.

Security controls are intended to protect Personal Data. Appropriate security controls are in place to provide necessary protection including physical controls (e.g. restricting access to physical infrastructure), logical controls (e.g. electronic access to Personal Data) and organizational controls (e.g. restrictions on staff who are authorized to access Personal Data).

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We review our Privacy Policy annually, and may update it from time-to-time. We will notify you of any changes by:

  • posting the new policy on this page
  • asking for your consent when you next login to Neontra. Note that your consent to our Privacy Policy is mandatory for the ongoing use of our Service, and refusal to do so will be treated as a Denial of Consent.

You are advised to review our Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
