Login to your BMO online bank account

Select your account

Above and to the right of the Transactions table, click "Download"

Select a date range

Select ".ofx format" or "Quicken" from the "Download format" menu

Click "Download"

Save the downloaded file on your Desktop, or to a folder on your computer. The file will have either a ".ofx" or ".qfx" extension

Sign in to your Neontra account and select the "My Money" section on the left hand navigation menu.

Navigate to the corresponding account. Cash accounts are listed in the "Cash Accounts" tab, credit cards in the "Credit Cards" tab, and investment accounts in the "Investments" tab

Click on "Import Reports" on the right

Click on "Browse" and select the file you wish to import.

Click on "Upload"

Categorize uncategorized transactions and/or write a memo

Once done, click "Accept Transfers"
