Log in to your BNS online account

Select your account

Scroll down to the "Your Transactions"/"Posted Transactions" section

Select a date range

Click Search

Scroll to the top of the page and select "Download". Choose the "Quicken" option

The downloaded file will be called "pcbanking.qbo". Save the file on your Desktop, or to a folder on your computer

Sign in to your Neontra account and select the "My Money" section on the left hand navigation menu.

Navigate to the corresponding account. Cash accounts are listed in the "Cash Accounts" tab, credit cards in the "Credit Cards" tab, and investment accounts in the "Investments" tab

Click on "Import Reports" on the right

Click on "Browse" and select the file you wish to import.

Click on "Upload"

Categorize uncategorized transactions and/or write a memo

Once done, click "Accept Transfers"
