Login to your HSBC online account

Select your account from the account list

You will be redirected to the account transactions page

Scroll to the bottom of the "Transactions" table, click “Download”

Select “Quicken (QFX)"

Click "Download"

Save the file of your Desktop, or to a folder on your computer

The file will be named "TransactionHistory.qfx" or "TransactionHistory (2).qfx" with the numbered (2) file version if you have previously downloaded a “.qfx" file.

Sign in to your Neontra account and select the "My Money" section on the left hand navigation menu.

Navigate to the corresponding account. Cash accounts are listed in the "Cash Accounts" tab, credit cards in the "Credit Cards" tab, and investment accounts in the "Investments" tab

Click on "Import Reports" on the right

Click on "Browse" and select the file you wish to import.

Click on "Upload"

Categorize uncategorized transactions and/or write a memo

Once done, click "Accept Transfers"
