Terms and Conditions

Through the rest of this document, Neontra and its owners TXIO Corporation will be referred to as "Neontra", "we", "us" or "our" and you will be referred to as "you" or "viewer".

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Neontra.

By reading this document and continuing to use Neontra the viewer agrees to everything in this document and to hold Neontra unaccountable for anything they do, see, read, hear, or speculate from viewing Neontra. If you do not agree to this document, in whole or in part, please stop using Neontra.

NEONTRA IS NOT A FINANCIAL PLANNER, INVESTMENT ADVISORY SERVICE, BROKER OR TAX PLANNER. WE DO NOT PROVIDE LEGAL, TAX OR FINANCIAL ADVICE. We do not tell viewers, or suggest to viewers, what they should buy or sell for themselves. We do not claim to own or not own any of the financial products we comment upon. We encourage viewers to check with a licensed financial advisor to determine the suitability of any investment. Neontra recommends that the trading of financial products should be done with caution. All viewers are encouraged to fully investigate any financial product before making an investment. Neither Neontra or any of its partners and affiliates will be responsible for any investment decision made by you. Neontra, including, but not limited to, software, images, graphics and text, is the property of TXIO Corporation and is protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights.

We do not, and cannot, guarantee the accuracy of any information on Neontra.

Despite our best efforts, errors and inaccuracies may occur on Neontra, or Neontra may be unavailable. Viewer's sole and exclusive remedy for any failure, error or inaccuracy shall be for us to use commercially reasonable efforts to fix or repair the failure, error or inaccuracy.

Neontra is available through use of a device connected to the Internet. Viewer agrees that you are solely responsible for these requirements. NEONTRA MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND AS TO (i) THE AVAIILABILITY OF INTERNET SERVICES FROM YOUR TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROVIDER AND ACCESS TO THE WEB SITE AT ANY TIME OR FROM ANY LOCATION (ii) ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR OTHER INTRUSION OF INTERNET SERVICES (iii) ANY FAILURE TO TRANSMIT OR RECEIVE DATA CONNECTED WITH THE INTERNET SERVICES.

By using Neontra, you will submit to us information including data, passwords, usernames and other login information. You are licensing that information to Neontra for the purpose of providing the Neontra service. We may use and store the information for the purpose of providing the Neontra service, in accordance with this agreement and our Privacy Policy. Viewer represents that you are entitled to provide this information to Neontra, and that Neontra has no obligation to pay any fees or be subject to any restrictions or limitations.

By using Neontra, you expressly authorize Neontra to access your Account Information, maintained by identified third parties, on your behalf as your agent. When you select the "Connect (requires authorization)" feature, you will be connected to the website of the identified third party. Neontra will connect to the third party using usernames and passwords provided by you. You hereby authorize and permit Neontra to use and store information submitted by you to connect to identified third parties, for the purposes of offering the Neontra service.

You acknowledge and agree that when Neontra is accessing and retrieving account information from third party sites, Neontra is acting as your agent, and not as the agent of, or on behalf of, the third party that operates the third party site.

A. Viewer agrees that the use of any part of Neontra is of their sole risk. Neither Neontra, its affiliates, nor any of their respective employees, agents, third-party content providers, or licensers warrants that the use of Neontra will be error free. Nor do they make any warranty that the information found on Neontra is accurate or reliable.

B. Everything found on Neontra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

C. The viewer acknowledges that Neontra is unaccountable for any damages or injuries caused by the failure of Neontra in any way.

D. Neontra does not endorse or is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement on Neontra. It is the viewer's responsibility to evaluate everything on Neontra on their own.

E. The viewer acknowledges that Neontra and its affiliates and employees will be held unaccountable for any damages, not limited to but including loss of money, resulting from the use of Neontra and any information obtained from Neontra or third party providers.

F. Viewer agrees that the liability of Neontra, its affiliates, agents, and licensers, if any, arising out of any kind of legal claim (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) in any way connected to Neontra or the information on Neontra shall not exceed the amount the viewer paid to Neontra for the use of Neontra.

Viewer agrees to indemnify and hold Neontra, its employees, its officers, and its agents harmless from and against any and all claims arising from the viewer's use of Neontra. We reserve the right to modify this disclaimer as needed and do not have to report any modifications to the viewer. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time and discontinue any services. By using any part of Neontra, viewer agrees to take full responsibility for anything that occurs before, during, and after the use of Neontra. Neontra, its employees, its officers, and its agents are harmless from any lawsuit, claim, or damages arising from the use of Neontra.

Viewer agrees to use Neontra for personal use only. Minors are not permitted access to Neontra without the express permission and supervision of their parent or legal guardian.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in the province of Ontario and the laws of Canada, as applicable. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then all remaining provisions will remain in effect.
