Submit Neontra in 3 simple steps

Many employers reimburse financial wellness tools through Wellness Benefits, Lifestyle Spending Accounts (LSAs), or flexible benefits programs. If Neontra is eligible under your plan, submitting a claim is usually quick.

How to Submit Neontra for Workplace Reimbursement (3 Steps)

Most claims only require a receipt and a short description.


Step 1: Choose a plan

If you decide Neontra is right for you after your free trial, select a plan in: Settings → Subscriptions

Step 2: Download your receipt

Receipts are available in: Settings → Subscriptions

Step 3: Submit your claim

In your benefits portal, choose the closest matching category, such as:

  • Financial Wellness
  • Financial Planning
  • Wellbeing Spend
  • Money Management Tools
  • Tax Preparation
  • Personal Development

Suggested wording (copy/paste)

If your portal asks for a short description, try:

Neontra is a financial wellness platform that supports budgeting, financial planning, cash flow insights, debt and credit management, and tax preparation support.

Helpful tip

If you’re unsure which category to use, submit under the closest match. Many members start with Financial Wellness or Financial Planning.
